Mix the cream cheese, brown sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon until it’s creamy and well combined. Then, fold in the crushed mini eggs and mix well.

Now it’s time to grab your favorite type of apple and cut it into quarters. I love using granny smiths with this dip, but any apple will do. Then, dip the apple slices into the apple dip and enjoy!

The sweetness of the mini eggs and the tanginess of the apples create the perfect balance of flavors. Plus, the bright colors of the mini eggs make this a fun and festive snack that your kids will absolutely love.

If you happen to have any leftover dip, store it in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. Just be sure to give it a good stir before serving it again.

So, next time you’re looking for a tasty and fun way to use up those leftover mini Easter eggs, try this Apple Dip. It’s a great way to get your kids to eat more fruit while enjoying some Easter candy for a treat.
