Each year I try to plan our homeschool in such a way that we complete our bookwork and writing assignments from Monday through Thursday. We finish up on Friday morning, leaving Friday afternoons free for crafts, baking or both. Well, in theory.

As I write this, I plan to work on this craft with the kids. Then, I will surprise them with a batch of Coconut Cupcakes with Lime Frosting. I think they taste like spring!
